Credits 2009

Yes, this is going to be another shitty, boring thank-you post I'm writing, so four words.

Don't like, don't read.
Anyways, before I start on my blabbering about how... err... great, I suppose, this year has been for me and how thankful I am (god, my recent posts just sound like thanksgiving, don't they?), I shall blog about the whole roundup for this period of holiday.

I guess I'm pretty happy that I got to stay at home (enjoying peaceful, serene moments without anyone bothering me) and watch the telly for the whole day. A few days only, but hey, better than last year. Last year was hell, training, holiday camps, trips to everywhere, goodness, you'd think I (or/and my sis) was a 24/7 functioning machine.

Besides that, I managed to overcome my dislikefear for animals (notably my dog, Lele) and daring to touch himher (sorry, but don't you just sometimes associate dogs for males?) and release from the cage when my dad is running late for work (which is becoming quite frequent, I note). I'm proud of myself with this acheivement, yay. Point one for me!

Moving on, I'm glad that I've spent more time with my beloved nephew Adrian. And his brothers Bryan and Ivan of course. God, those brothers are just so cute!!!!! Here! Here! Here's a picture of Adrian that I've always kept in my phone and show it to people (or my friends, for that matter) when I can. See?

Ain't he just cute?! Aww, with all those chubby cheeks, he could just become a super, heart-throbbing heartbreaker who flashes million-dollar smiles to any woman and will have them kissing his feet cute nephew with ease. Plus, he's pretty smart. He's two, moving onto three, and knows quite a few words that most of his peers don't even know.

Okay, okay, I know, I'm being boastful. But hey, I'm an aunt who's proud of her nephews (even though sometimes they can be a real pain in the ass but whatever), and not ashamed to be one. *innocnet grin* Do you see that halo above my head? No? Too bad.

XD

Anyways, erm, wha else am I glad of? Oh yes, I'm glad that my family is fine, safe, and happy. Okay, some not happy. Who's always happy anyway? Even Siok Zhao who is ever-smiling 24/7 and has the patience of a saint (no offence, but she's wonderful) will sometimes have her ups and downs. Unless she doesn't have... *gulp* Moreover, I'm glad that bro is finally not causing much mess after a transfer of schools and hopefully he will be more mature than this year (2009) and improve on his character. And I'm glad cousin Sze Jia is back without a scratch but in fact has gained more experience after staying in Australia for a few months, as well as my mum finally making up with my aunt (a bit, but not totally) and finally talking to her. Phew, thank god.

Basically, I'm just glad that my whole family isn't just as screwed up as some other problematic families and are living in.... err... peace? (I can't say harmony, because I'd be lying. But the two sound the same. Meh.)

Okay, enough with the crap and I'll just express my gratitude for this year in one big crappy paragraph. Needless to say, my parents will be on the top of the whole long thank-you list. They've given me so much support and insight during all these years I've been living without really expecting anything. Thanks a lot. Next, my sis and bro, for bearing with me when I'm a bitch to them (most of the time, yes) and my failed attempts at sarcastic comments. Next, my besties, because they've helped me in the process of finding myself and my classmates for providing me chances to learn from my mistakes. The teachers too! You guys (even though sometimes I may have said how much I hated you) are awesome! My pillow, for always accompanying me when I sleep and movie times and comforting me when I couldn't turn in to anyone else.

And the list goes on.

I'm so goddamned sleepy. I don't think I'll stay up for the countdown anymore. *yawn* Chemistry tuition tomorrow, I have to get enough sleep or else I'll be nominated class clown again. (The term doesn't really fit the context but gah, can't care less now. Sleep!)

Shall blog about how glorious and blissful I hope your lives (and mine) will be next year, which is just a goody good hour and twenty minutes away.

Enjoy the fireworks!!! (If you're staying up for the countdown.)

P.S: Kimball Cho is awesome (and brilliant)! I'd love to learn more about his past. I don't know why, but I just love seeing Korean-American actors/actresses in movies. They pique my curiousity/interest, somehow.

Random

My dentist's appointment in in two days, and I keep on forgetting to wear my elastics. Shit, I don't know what the doctor will say when he sees the state of my teeth. I doubt there's really much improvement in moving those canine teeth to fill up the gaps of my abstracted teeth. Gulp. I hope he doesn't ask whether or not I wear my elastics everyday, I wouldn't know how to answer to that. What am I supposed to say? 'Gee, I don't know, I only wear them like, twice a week?'

Honestly, I think he'll do something horrifying to my teeth (or braces, for that matter) to get back to me for not wearing my elastics. Good grief.

Currently munching on portugese eggtarts (gosh, they're still yummy even though they're cold) for breakfast while using only one hand to type this post, 'tis quite challenging and fun. But it's kinda annoying as it slows down my typing speed. But ah well, the eggtarts still rock, portugese eggtarts FTW!!!

There are three eggtarts left, just nice for sis, the brat, and me. Should I share?

I'm trying to finish Dreamland as quick as possible, but I find it quite hard as seeing I already know the ending (flipped to the back of the book to read the last chapter). Hn. Oh well, at least I finished That Summer, which turned out to be quite a nice read. I'm trying to get my hands on Someone Like You and This Lullaby, especially the latter, but the whole of Malaysia seems to be out of stock for these books. Checked with Kinokuniya, Borders, Popular and MPH but no avail.

Sigh, and it's not like I get to go to Singapore that often. God, I don't think I even went there for this whole year.

Speaking of Sarah Dessen, she's writing a new book. Gah!! I want to know what it's about! But I don't think much information will be let out until next year mid-year. Ish....

I want a journal, for some reason (the dream journal in Dreamland looks really nice). But I thought it would be a waste of money as seeing I already have two new notebooks up in my shelf waiting for me to use them next year. Gyah, ohuigytdts. (I seem to like typing nonsense and incoherent words lately when I can't express myself. *frowns* This is bad.)

Having stomach problems recently. I think I'm having indigestion. Choi!

Tuition starting this week (wait, it started in December, just that I kept on calling the receptionist to cancel and make up lame excuses about my absence). Sigh, school is starting too, I have to get serious soon. Form 4 seems really tough, and I can't bear to see the word 'FAIL' imprinted in my report card. I'll break down, seriously, because I never got a failed subject in my entire life.

And there's that high possibility that Additional Mathematics/Biology/Chemistry/Physics will shatter that record. I want to curse, but I must restrict myself. I suddenly have this unexplainable change in my mental philosophy, but maybe that's just for today.

I really have to stop getting used to using the computer every day. Holidays are coming to an end an my computer might be going back to the store room for another long period of time. *sobs*

Wondering if the sleepover with my cousins will really happen, because everyone's really busy. With all those tuition and stuff, will there really be time?

Thank You

There are some things that words alone cannot express. The immeasurable feeling of gratitude, relief, disbelief, shock and happiness I am feeling right now are one of them.

Thank you, my family (my dad, mum, sister and brother, my cousins, both my grannies, my ancestors, my uncles and aunts from all over the world), my besties, my friends, my teachers and all the people who supported me. Thank you for being there for me when I needed it.

And you, yes, you, the one reading this blog. Thank you, because you care. :)

Without you guys, I don't think I could've gotten so far to acheive this. I will work harder next time to do better.

This, I believe, is the best Christmas gift I can give for my family. I'm glad, because when I see those smiles graced upon your features, I know I've done you guys proud.

But it doesn't matter how many A's you get in life, the most important thing is that you've done your best, and that you've tried and worked hard. When you gather your courage to try, and take the first step out of square one, you've already walked half the road to success, way ahead of others who are still back at the starting point.

Thank you.

paifpkjfbnmdb

I feel so bad after reading Siok's post on the outing. Oh paifpkjfbnmdb, I'm the most terrible, heartless and meanest person on earth!!!!!

Damn you god, why must I of all days get diarrhea today?!

I'm really sorry Siok Zhao.

PMR results tomorrow, sigh. Good luck everyone!

-

Somehow, melancholy seems to affect everyone around me lately. Why is everyone feeling depressed?

I cannot understand how this works.

I've done nothing to make myself feel sad, but why?

200th post: Comic Fiesta 2009

It was awesome. Words can't really describe how I feel right now, so I'll just post the pictures I took on day one. We came back on the same day, reaching home at 11 at night.

On the other hand, we watched the Wushu performance yesterday, namely 'Farewell my concubine, the movement of the matyr'.

It was inspiring. As usual, Coach Lee never fails to amaze me to no end. Good job! :)

Cousin Sze Jia has finally returned back home from Aussie. Sigh, this is really going to be a busy week, with all the tuition resuming and PMR results being announced on Christmas Eve.

(An hour later)

Okay, I can't find my camera USB wire that enables the camera to connect to the computer. So, picutres will be posted later (hopefully, I always procrastinate) I guess.

Chill.

I should really just sit back, relax, and get some sleep.

Now that the event is tomorrow (tickets start selling at nine, from what I read), and I have to wake up at four o'clock in the bloody morning (and wake everyone up), and start the journey to the convention centre at a bloody five or half past five a.m, I shouldn't be doing last minute checkups on updates the the Comic Fiesta homepage while using the back page of my to-bring list to copy down the entire booth layout, nor should I be worrying about whether or not I'll get there in time for the opening ceremony (we are KL jakons who always get lost among the highways) or if the CF '09 T-shirt is still available or if I'm able to get to YamGene's in time to get all the limited edition stuff (such as Kunisaki's last batch of Kingdom Hearts button badges that won't be reprinting next time).

I should chill, and thank my lucky stars and the gods above that I am even able to attend the event.

On a lighter note, while copying the booth layout plan, I found some of the artists' booth names quite amusing, such as UNICORN (Unique Corner), and of course, the funny ones (won't mention, because it's really offensive).

Gah, it's a bloody (why do I keep using this word?) eleven twenty-five now, must go to bed immediately or else I'll miss the alarm!!!! Goody night people, hope to see you at the Comic Fiesta 2009!!!

P.S: Did you know that Alice from Alice in Wonderland is actually based on a real person? And the book was actually written in Christ Church (Oxford University I think) where it acts as Hogwarts for the Harry Potter films. The entrance of the church (the staircase to the cafeteria) can be seen most notably in Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone movie (can't spell sosceror Sossceror gah whatever!!!! I'm too lazy to look up the dictionary.

Goody night.

Wow

Okies people, this is my 198th post on this blog, and I'm a bit disappointed that I don't get to blog about my experience in CF '09, BUT I will be blogging something related to it.

Behold!!! The Comic Fiesta 2009 Booth Layout!!!!! (drumrolls please XD)

Ta da!!!

Oh em gee, can you believe it?! SO MANY DAMN BOOTHS!!!!! (hysterical)

Oh, and don't mind the 'here!' taglines, this was something I got from http://kunisaki.deviantart.com/ (you'll have to divert again from this page). It shows that kidchan and her fellow friends' booth is there.

Omigosh, so many booths, so little time; so many goods (and limited edition stuff), so less money. Sigh.

Mum's planning on travelling back to JB on the same day tomorrow... But kidchan's doing a CG Drawing Demonstration on Sunday (which is the second and last day) at noon!!!! NO!!!!!! I know I'm supposed to be gratefu that I get to go for CF this year, but I just really want to stay for both days.

God, I had to beg and pester (something I don't really like to do) mum and dad to let me go when mum dropped the bombshell about us not going just because they're tired. What's wrong with letting me go alone?! Just book me a ticket to KL and provide me some money for the taxi fare (and if possible, some more to buy those more doujinshi artworks when I'm out of pocket money) and that's it. I'll call every hour or every half an hour if you want me to!

Sigh. Life. Never mind, better than not going at all. I will require fullest concentration tomorrow in order to save time and get whatever I want first (the CF '09 shirt!!!! Limited pieces!!! Possible to book online but I don't think mum and dad will approve of it) before slowing down and enjoying the event. Forget about visiting other places, to hell with it!!!!! I'm spending the whole day in CF '09 and snapping as much photos as possible.

Some day, if I ever get to go to a college or university in KL, I'm definitely going to be involved as much as possible in CF, probably volunteering to help out or opening a booth. It's just like the Japan Comiket, you know? To you guys to might just seem like some convention but to us otakus (me, at least), it's something big. There are many anime and manga conventions in Malaysia, like ACGC for example, but I don't get to go, so this is my only chance of getting to attend an event like this in years. I hope to go annually, but as seeing that I'm just a kid who is still dependant (or so my parents say), I don't think I can.

Year 2007 (when I first discovered CF): OMG!!! Mum! Mum! Dad! Can we go, please? Please?! Since we're in KL during that period of time, can we go please? Pretty pretty please?!

Year 2008: Aiyah, Pei arr, we cannot go worr, ah ma (grandma) has to go back to Penang to do and attend prayers. We'll go next year lah, okay?

Fine. And I cried (silently) on the car ride when we passed by KL without anyone noticing.

Year 2009: Aiyah, Pei arr, daddy very tired leh, don't go lah horr? Next year lah, next year, okay?

Freaking hell no way!!!!! Exactly just when are you going to procrastinate till?! So, this year, I squared my shoulders, stood up for myself and demandedwhined, begged, pesterred my parents until they agreed. (I've been anticipating this year's event ever since mum told me we couldn't go for last year's event.)

I know I'm mean by not letting my parents rest at home (God, that's an understatement, that's way beyong mean!), but I did mention that they could let me go alone while they rest at homeunlikely. I appreciate their concern but sometimes, you just have to let go. There will be a time where parents will have to let go of their kids and not shelter them forever, it's just a matter of time, that's all.

Well, I guess I should just stop rambling, ranting and complaining here. Sigh. I hope everything will be a success tomorrow. We were supposed to go up to KL today (that was the plan a week ago), and I figured that with all the extra time we have (originally), we could try and figure out our way to the Sunway Convention Centre (we get lost in Kl frequently) so we won't waste time trying to find the place on the first day of CF (that way, I can watch the grand opening of CF and get my hands on that limited CF '09 T-shirt I've been laying eyes on since I don't know when).

Never mind, never mind. I must be content with what I have. I must be content that I actually get to go to CF this year. Who knows, my parents would probably say "Aiyah Pei arr, this year don't feel like going eh, no need to go one lah" next year. Seriously, I will definitely blow and-

Wait! I must be content!!!!!!! Gah!!!!!!! I must be content with what I have!!!! Contentment... contentment...... contentment... contentment..... content.... content.......

Deep down, somewhere in the corner of my heart, I'm still sad. There are many things you can do when you're alone (the stuff you want to do), but there are also consequences and responsibilities you must bear. But if it's for CF, I think everything will be worth it. So I'll wait, until I'm done with high school, and get to drive, and get to go for as many anime and manga conventions as possible.

I'll wait.

A Week Away

Looking back, I've just realized that the PMR results are just a week or so away.

I don't know what to expect, because getting straight A's right now is becoming seemingly impossible (wait, I don't think I ever got the chance anyway).

But then again, a girl can hope.

Yikes.

*December 18th edit*

Oh em gee, it's official. This is going to be the most.... surprising Christmas ever. Oh dear.

I sincerely hope everything goes well.

Worms

I've just realized that I have A LOT of grammar mistakes in my previous post. I apologize for that. The smoke was probably getting into me, and my nose started to work up. But I corrected the ones that I noticed, so if there are any more that I missed, feel free to point them out.

Anyways, this morning, I played Worms. Live.

For those of you who don't know what Worms is, it's a computer game where you use a team of worms (they are kind of cute in the game) to bring down your opponent's team by using guns, bazookas, bombs and lots more. It's something like war, just that the soldiers aren't humans but worms.

And I played that game this morning, live in my front porch. Just that this time, it was me against them -the worms.

But you can't blame those earth worms that are struggling to wriggle into your house. After all, it is a rainy day and earth worms love wet, damp areas. The rain probably washed them off the grass and in the end, they get free transportation into my porch. And thus, war ensures!

Enemy: Earthworms
Choice of weapon: Buckets of water and a broom

*Splash, splash! Sweep, sweep!! *

But the enemies still come back for more. In the end, when I was about to finish them off with the final blow (climax climax!!),

"Pei arr!!!! Come in and eat your breakfast!!! Aiyah, the earthworms will still come back wan lah, it's never ending so forget about it lah."

*cold feeling/aura creeps around, lingering on the stone-ish atmosphere*

And I lost.

To a bunch of determined earthworms.

Stupid smokers.

Yes fellow readers of this blog, I am aware that all of you people who have just cut ties with your exams don't really want to encounter ridiculous isu semasa posts that you think aren't worthy of your time, but I just can't stand it anymore.

I hate, loathe, abhor, detest, look down upon smokers, and needless to say, the smoke smell.

Disgusting.

And 'disgusting' is just an understatement. Due to the tiny range of my vocabulary, I am only able to come up with little words like those mentioned above which I believe show no impact.

I'm touching on this issue because when I was having table tennis lessons, anonymous guy number one (some old disgusting inconsiderate ah pek) just stood by the window and started smoking cigerattes after cigerattes like it was nobody's business while watching us play ball.

Good lord, and he didn't even bother to walk away when we started giving him the eye. Are all smokers that thick?

The smoke started seeping into the room and goodness gracious, I tell you it was HELL. Right now, I'm starting to wonder exactly how many packets does anonymous guy number one smoke one day? But gah, no use wasting my time on inconsiderate people who don't care if the people around him get cancer/carcinogen.

Moving on, my neighbour. Yes, my lovely neighbour who lives across the street (45 degrees diagonally away from my house) and has a hobby of burning garbage in open air. I hate you, you know that? It's just that I've been so much more considerate than you that I didn't go banging down your front door and slamming your face into a damn brick, unlike you who just doesn't give a shit and burn whatever you like, increasing global warming and the risk of your neighbours getting the death penalty.

If I ever get lung cancer or any other fatal disease related to our breathing organs, I'm blaming him. And he should suck it up like a man (well, he is one) and take full responsibility and pay for my med fees.

The smell gets to me, seriously. And right now, in the middle of the night while typing this very post of this blog, I am inhaling gallons and gallons of smoke (joking). Someone around my neighbourhood is burning something. Urgh, and it's giving my nose a hard time.

For god's sake people, HAVE SOME CONSIDERATION!!!! STOP SMOKING!!! FOR THE WORLD, FOR THE PEOPLE AROUND YOU, FOR SOCIETY, FOR YOURSELF!!!! We seriously don't want the world to end with some epidermic lung disease! STOP SMOKING!!!!!

The worst part is that when someone inhales the smoke exhaled by the smoker (damn him), the inhaler gets a higher risk of getting lung diseases instead of the smoker. ALL THOSE INNOCENT PEOPLE!!!! GAH!!!!!!

There's a picture drawn by demitasse-lover on Deviantart about smoking, and I think it's hilarious. Go and check it out people, you'll laugh till you can't laugh anymore!

I can't stand the smell of smoke anymore. I'm going to bed.

Place

It's just not my place to say so nor do so.

I feel so out of place.

Sweetness.

Oh yes baby, the internet is finally up and running for my just-reformatted computer.

But I won't be online often anyways, cuz' I'm re-watching the whole CSI: New York series. I'm ashamed to say that I've only finished watching the first season and to the part where poor Aiden was just fired.

Sigh. Never mind.

I just found out why I was so pissed off and my enormous appetite (god, I ate like, an elephant for the entire day yesterday) lately, and why am I not surprised?

Never thought I'd ever say this but, it's a girl's thing.

TV Day

(Sobs) TV Day failed... The latter moments did not go according to plan. Ish. But never mind, I shall continue watching the shows I didn't get to finish yesterday. On the other hand....

Hahaha!! Behold! My TV corner!!!!!! From left: the remote controls, bread (for snacktime), a stool acting as a table with my lunch on top, house phone (just in case someone calls, I can just reach out easily), the tissue box (I was having a bad flu day yesterday) and on top at the side of the tissue box was supposed to be my phone but I was using it to snap this picture (see that white rectangular thing?).

Now for the front (from left): a stack of DVD's I wanted to watch, two bottles of water (to reduce the time usage to go downstairs to refill).

I'm crazy.

Schedule of the day

Okies, I have decided on my schedule of the day (finally some peace and quiet). It's... a quarter to eleven in the morning now, according to the clock above me. So, I shall start my schedule at eleven o'clock.

11 am-1 pm: Telly.

1-2 pm: Telly and lunch together. Teamwork is important!!!!

2-7 pm: Telly.

7-8 pm: Dinner with family.

8-10 pm: Telly/books.

10pm: Sleep.

Yay.

Dramatic

Somehow, the stuff that's happening around me tend to get more and more and more dramatic recently. It's sad, really, because the thought of having a peaceful, quite, fun holiday is erased from my mind.

And replaced by drama, noise, and complication. Wait, is complication even a word?

Never mind, I shall drop that issue for the time being. It creeps me to no end to think about it.

Anyways, had Physics tuition yesterday. I know, to all you people out there it's just Physics Tuition (and you give me that 'you're boring' look) but to me it was hell for my poor nerves. I was a nervous wreck, because I was afraid I wouldn't catch up with what the teacher says.

Surprisingly, it went on okay. Just that I had a headache after trying to count those smallest divisions (the lines were all cramped together, making it VERY hard to differentiate them). I swear, if I do exercises like those an hour daily, I will require glasses in no time.

No!!!! I don't want glasses!!!! They are the most troublesome things of all troublesome things!!!!

Moving on, a huge congratulations to all SPM students who are taking only pure science (without additional subjects like chinese) and have finished their major examinations!!!!!!!! You are free for a few months, until your A levels/Matriculation/Form 6 (or whichever) starts. My sister claims to have finished SPM, even though she still has chinese next week (-.-). And for most of the time, she was addicted to the PSP (resistance was futile) playing MANA.

Seems like resisting temptation was a very hard thing for her...

PMR results coming out on Christmas Eve. Hmm, I wonder if that's true. First they said it was on the 20th (a day where I won't be in town) but then it was bumped down to the 24th.

Good lord. Seriously people, make up your mind!!!!!! From the 28th (or somewhere there) to the 20th to the 24th? (shakes head)

I tried to check the Education Department webpage but I couldn't find a thing. The bulletin board on the main page was all about shit I don't know (needless to say).

Oh well, anyway, I guess I'll just have to keep a lookout for any updates on the papers.

Wondering how many A's I'll get in my PMR... If it's below my expectations, then it's sayonara~ to the science stream. And I'll be the disgrace of my family. (Pressure) But it's no use contemplating now, what's done is done. And if I get low marks it's my fault since I did not study hard enough.

But I still hope I get good results!!!!

(Keeps fingers crossed)

The ride hasn't ended yet

I am proud to say that I have officially finished reading Along for the Ride at like, an hour ago or so. Yes!!! I started reading a few pages during my English lessons, but stopped, then continued up to like say, chapter three or five (19 or 20 chappies in total) from three to four/five-ish, before continuing the rest after dinner (nine o'clock, more or less).

I am definitely happy with my accomplishment.

But anyways, I'll get back to reviewing the book later, as seeing that I'm pretty hyped up to blog about other things as well.

Going for a trip to Sunway Pyramid the week after next week, and I really can't wait for it! I googled it a while ago, and being the really sua gu person I am, I became the cow inflicted with mad cow disease (just kidding) and jumped over the moon when I saw the words 'ICE-SKATING RINK' appear on the Wikipedia page (strange, can you believe Wiki has a page on one of Malaysia's shopping lots?).

AN ICE- SKATING RINK!!! OMIGOSH! That is SO COOL!!!!! I must edge out some time to try it!!!! I'll beg my parents to let me have a go on it, hehehehe (evil laugh). Well, even though I'm only staying there for a day (driving up to KL on Friday after my parents' work and staying over at my uncle's, heading off to SP the next day in the morning and staying there for the night before returning back the next day. Packed schedule, really) but I must try it!!! I have a really low chance to go abroad (budget constraints, unless I study my ass off and get a scholarship) so this might be my only chance to experience these sort of snow things.

And I really hope there will be a bookstore (hopefully Borders, Kinokuniya is only present at KLCC, and I went there last Friday) for me to get Zhi Wen's present and succeed in obtaining the last two Sarah Dessen books I don't have.

Checking up their webpage now to see if there's any bookstore. (You can't blame me, I have NEVER been to Sunway before.)

Oh! There's a Comic Paradise shop!!!!!! Eeek!!! (squeals with excitement!) Well (scrolls down list), there's MPH and Popular... but no Borders. (Narrows eyes) I kinda lost faith in both book shops as their knowledge as well as supply of books here in Johore are below five stars (out of ten), close to zilch.

Anyways, now that I've gotten around to checking what I've wanted to but kept on forgetting to, I'll start the review on Along for the Ride.

I loved it, enjoyed it, but I think I still like Just Listen and The Truth about Forever better. Maybe 'cause Just Listen was my first Sarah Dessen book. Originally, I didn't really like The Truth about Forever but in the end, it proved me wrong. And normally stuff like these grab my interest and teach me that I shouldn't assume things. Actually, a lot of stuff did in the past, just that I always forget this lesson I learned. Hehe...

But I digress. Along for the Ride is a wonderful book, along with the element I've always loved about books ever since I realized the Twilight saga was just some pointless romance book that only most of the people who loved it are people itching for romance -character development.

No offence meant to all Twilight lovers out there, but it finally hit me that suddenly, Twilight is just... I don't know, dead boring. But I can't really fault it, as it is a fantasy story, and anything can happen in fantasy stories so yeah. Besides, I just accepted the whole thing, mainly irritating cliches (like Bella having almost-perfect control over the vampire first stage thing, she being one of the strongest and gifted in the whole bunch of vampires) and those romance-craving moments as flaws and mistakes we humans make. No offence, I swear. You can obsess over Twilight as much as you want, and I will respect you for your choice, but don't go around proclaiming your love for Twilight and stating how perfect and romantic it is in front of my face and hoping that I'd agree with you. Sorry, but that scene is so (most likely) not gonna happen (god, get a life).

Still, if Stephenie Meyer writes another few new books, I'd still buy and give them a shot.

(Spoilers below, so if any of you who have yet to read Along for the Ride, I think you'd better read it first before getting yourselves spoilers, unless you're like me XD)

Gah, sidetracked again. Anyways (I'm sorry for the overuse of this word), Along for the Ride was great. Character development is undeniably the best element of one's life, and I believe in that. Auden, her mum and dad, Hollis... it's all there. I'm just really glad for them, you know? Especially Auden, with the bike thing, and giving everything she failed at a second chance. It taught (and inspired) me lots of stuff too, like how quitting is never good, we shouldn't make excuses (Auden's dad, god, he's pathetic, but he grew up in the end) and other things like that.

On a side note, I AM glad (or relieved) that Auden did not go to the prom-themed Beach Bash Heidi organized with Jason (a nerdy bastard from The Truth about Forever). When I read the part where Jason asked Auden out to the party and she agreed, I was like 'NOOO!!!!! Auden you stupidsilly girl!!!' But like every other book, well, most of them at least, it turned out to be a happy ending and la la la.

I think I should start on Dreamland this week, and slowly take my time. The abusive relationship with Rogerson does seem interesting. Plus, I did flip to the end of the book and read the ending (guilty) so I think it's not bad.

If I were to rank my favourite Sarah Dessen books for the ones I have read so far, it would be something like this:

#1 - Just Listen
#2 - The Truth about Forever
#3 - Along for the Ride
#4 - Keeping the Moon/Lock and Key

About spot number four, I couldn't decide. Maybe I should re-read all of them again (as well as That Summer) and place them in ranking again. But for the mean time, it should be that way. :)

My relatives are in Penang now, and part of me wished I had taken up my mum's offer to go along with them. But on the other side, it would be really weird because it's definitely the best to travel up with your family (a sign of unity and kinship or something like that). After all, my relatives living there are quite... erm... old-fashioned (or judgemental) so it wouldn't be a very good sign to show up without my family members, especially at a wedding dinner.

Never mind, there's still next time.

This is the longest post I have written in the past few weeks, as well as the one I feel that has most sense of direction and point of what I am writing. In the past few weeks I wanted to write so much stuff until I just ended up getting nowhere at all. Meh. But anyways, it's late, and I'm not an insomniac like Auden and Eli, so I guess I should stop now.

Goodnight, my blog.

6 December

Thank you, for being there for me all the time (even though the PC was gone for some time), for letting me rant and post ridiculous contents on your page (of course, I created you) and not complaining even once (well, I'd be surprised if you did, you can't talk). Without you, I think my mind would have suffered from countless mental illnesses and breakdowns by now.

Happy two-year anniversary, dear blog.

Omfg

Omfg, Imai Subaru has been bitten by Koizumi Luna who has the soul-sucking alice?! She posesses his soul right now?!

Oh Higuchi Tachibana sensei, how could you?! And you left it hanging there until what, your next issue in January 2010?!

Ish.

(The content written above is all about GA chapter 124, so ignore it if you don't really understand what the heck I'm talking about.)

I own

Hahaha, yes, I own it now!!! It is mine!! ALL MINE!!! (insert evil, cackling laugh)

Nah, I just own one copy in a million printed around the world. 80 bucks with a 30 percent discount. I will most definitely treasure it like my pillows (hugglez~).

Oh yes, I forgot...

6 December.

That day will the the two-year anniversary of my blog, which falls on a Sunday. The day where I started this blog, wrote my first post, shared my most joyful and suckiest moments with and took down all the happenings and events of my life.

Yes, my dear blog. I'm anticipating that day.

Randomness

There are so many things I want to say right here in this post to the extent where I don't even know what to write for my title. Garh.... -.-

Anyways, I can't believe I have not been online for like, a week! Oh well, I should blame the stupid lightning for killing my modem... Yes people, it was on that unfortunate Thursday last week where I went to see the basketball match and KA-BOOSH! The modem died a shocking death.

And I think sis's and bro's ears died too, after I yelled at them for not taking care of the modem... hehehe.... (guilty).

Anyways, a new modem!!!! It looks really... err... what's the word? Erm.... chic? Elegant? Posh? Gah, my vocabulary is not up to standard, I'm afraid. (MUST MEMORIZE THE WHOLE DICTIONARY!!) But it definitely looks better than the old, grandfather-ish modem I had since I don't know when.

But I doubt the old modem is not older than five years, so I can't complain. Meh.

I am dreading (yet itching) to check my mail. Somehow, part of me is hoping that there will be LOTS of great updates for me to read, yet the other part of me is a bit lazyrelcutant to review all the new chapters I've read.

Sigh, contradiction. Have I ever mentioned that it is a wonderful yet complicated thing?

And yes!!! I have finally sync-ed 296 songs from my computer into my iPod touch!!! Yay!!!! I thank to heavens above for giving me the opportunity to own one. And I shall take excellent care of it!

Not that I'm flaunting or anything, I just couldn't contain the excitement I felt inside myself. Hehe...

On the other hand, I'm going to KL tomorrow. I sincerely hope I can drop by Kinokuniya before we depart (it's a one day trip). Too bad sis's doesn't want to come, even after I tried (note, tried being the key word) tempting her with all the books she could find in the enormous bookstore. Sigh, but it's true, SPM is more important.

The content below may contain offensive material. Don't say I didn't warn you.

I've heard about rumours of our school changing part of the school system (i.e, some teachers saying 'sayonara' or something). And I am beyond cross (when I heard about it, the poor guy who told me had to endure five minutes of cursing and strings of colourful words). But as seeing that it is a rumour (may be true, may be false), I shall leave judgement until I return to school and see if some of the teachers are really missing.

We are a family. I hope we don't lose some of our family members, especially the really great ones. (Yes, I am proclaiming the love for my school. Don't like don't read.)

Suddenly, the world seems to turn against you. And you feel like shit.

1st FIBA Asia U-16 Basketball Championship (for men)

Okay, I know I said I'll post the camp pictures I took with some of the campers here on my blog, but sadly, after posting them on FB, I sort of lost interest in posting them here.

But it's not much anyway, only like, three or four photos. Anyways, I went for MRC duty this Monday in the stadium near SDJ for the basketball competition, and I can tell you it was w-o-w.

Plus a little bit of inferiority complex when it comes to the height issue. Sigh.

Anyways, Yen Huay, Hui Yi, Sharon and me were like oogle-oogle when it came to the China vs. Korea match. Man, both teams were so damned good until we (well, I, at least) didn't know who to cheer for.

The China players were kinda rough though.... Poor Korea. But still, sigh, swoon, the people there were so good-looking.

Omigosh, it was uh-mazing. And I was really inspired to watch the following matches so I went to the stadium the next day. But sadly, the matches weren't as interesting and intense as the China vs. Korea match. It only got slightly better when Malaysia started to play against Kuwait or something. And I have to admit, Malaysia was pretty good.

Too bad I couldn't stay until the end of the whole day (the 8 o'clock match was China vs Japan, while the following one, which was the last one for yesterday was Korea vs. Taipei). Sad, the good matches were all at night!! Noooo!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't know why, but I seem to be the only one who's much more interested in baskteball than all my other family members. That's kinda sad, because I learnt yesterday that watching a match alone is not fun. My day turned better after I sat with Shin Ru and company.

Anyways, the finals are on Friday. I really hope I get to watch!!!!!!! It'll be fun to see who'll be representing Asia for next year's U-17 competition!!!

Here are some things I noticed during the basketball matches:

  • The Korea team coach looks A LOT like my uncle (dad's youngest brother), just that my uncle has a much bigger belly and rounder face.

  • The 4th player from the Phillipines team looks slightly like Taylor Lautner from a particular angle (it differs for each person)

  • The India team coach looks a bit like Rowan Atkinson (Mr. Bean)

  • The coaches that are on the side that wears white shirts are much more... err... enthusiastic.

  • The Thailand players resemble monks.

No offence meant. I just thought it was funny. XD

Pictures I took are coming up in the next few posts (hopefully).

Of Perfection and Imperfection

This post will be divided into two sections, namely the imperfect side and the perfect (well, almost perfect, actually) side. Both sections contain the incidents and experiences I loved best during CMRC camp and other stuff and the things I hateddisliked most during the past few days.

Sigh.

Oh well, what to do? There isn't anything called perfect anyway, because perfecton itself is a flaw. It's too 'perfect' until humanity is gone. Anyways, not gonna waste time dawdling here.

Post start:

IMPERFECTIONS:

I am not happy.

Well, actually, I can say that the whole of the F3 team is disappointed, a lot.

I'm not gonna say much about this topic because it is, after all, quite a touchy subject filled with politics (teens stuff, not the national one, mind you) and confusion and the worst of all, that miserable feeling. Sure, it is an honour, but that's when you look at it from the other side.

Moving on... I'd say that I irritate myself sometimes. Sigh, indecision... I must correct it.

I've failed to acheive my goal to finish reading Keeping the Moon and Dreamland, unfortunately. But I did spend most of my time in camp trying to finish The Truth about Forever, and I did. Yay, point one to me!!!! Wait, I should include all the happiness in the next section. Must not ramble it here.....

Next Gakuen Alice chapter on the 5th of December. And I'm not around. Gah! The wait!! Nooo....

And chapter 123 isn't really interesting, except for the cliffhanger. Anyways, I shall elaborate on that later, as it is one of the things to be happy on anyway. :)

And so ends the imperfections of my recent life. For the time being, that is. It's not much because I've being feeling elated recently, with all the fun I've experienced. :) I'm happy!!!!!!! XD

HAPPY THINGS:

Omigosh!! It's the holidays!!!YES!!!!!!!!

Point two, GA cliffhanger. Gah!!!! The suspense!!!! It burns me eyes!!!!!!!!!!! lol. Sigh, Tachibana-sensei, why did you leave us hanging onto such a gripping cliffie?! It makes me want to read more you know... But that's the motive for it anyway, why am I complaining? Sigh, life is evil, like Siok Zhao, who has also decided to most probably not turn up to collect her PMR result slips. You evil girl, (sniff) your present will turn mouldy after keeping it in my drawer for a month and a half (I hope not).

Lol, just kidding. I didn't tell her about her present anyway, so it's my fault. Sigh, the element of surprise is a killer, I hate it.

Next.... god, what was I going to say again? Ish, I'm old. Oh yes! CMRC camp!!!!! I absolutely loved the last two days!!!! Except for the marching competition part. The games were super fun (I got wet in the process, it's like a free wild-wild-wet experience, Convent style) and I'm glad to say I've taken lots of pictures, probably the most in my life up till now.

Pictures will be uploaded on Facebook (visit Agnes's Facebook page for more pictures taken throughout the four days of camp) and my next blogger post.

The Truth about Forever!!!!! YAY!!!! I've finished it!!! And proud of it, :). The story is, again, well written, just like Sarah Dessen's other books. I'm too lazy to elaborate on this point so I'll just leave it here. You can find this book at the Johore State Library along with Keeping the Moon.

I was supposed to post this earlier this morning but the housechores kept me busy. So I can't really remember what I wanted to write. But never mind, it'll come to me eventually. Photos coming up next post!!!!

Untitled

It doesn't matter, does it? It's not all about facades and false images of one's self , it's all about being your own self, isn't it?

Or am I wrong? Has society changed to the point where it's all about appearances, power, and status? Where did all the inner qualities go?

Lost, forgotten, ignored.

Change

Things change, as well as people do.

Okay, I'm not gonna go all Obama about change in this post, I just felt that it's hard to believe how people you know so well can change over the years. They may have forgotten, or may have yet to. It's a really subjective topic, this 'change' thing, but sometimes when I look back, I just wish things would just stay the way they were before.

Anyway, enough of this sentimental crap. Went back to Foon Yew One for the performances or whatever you call it yesterday night, and I met lots of familiar faces among the crowd. I saw my old school teachers (I was gonna say 'a bunch of old school teachers' but I changed it, for that it sounded too harsh) Jia Le and Si Jing, Wei Ting, Shi Yi, Wen Yan, Yu Xuan and lesse lesse.... I forgot.

I talked to Jia Le and Si Jing the most, for that they were in 6K too, and boy, it was just so fun. It felt good to be back and talk freely without any limitations (don't get it the wrong way, I thank you) and just be ourselves, like how we were back in our primary school days of innocence.

Well, for some other people, maybe not.

I'm just really happy I got to meet them! But sadly, after the Wushu performance (which was only okay-okay-only lah, excuse the ah lian slang) we had to go back since sis's headache was coming back. The painkillers must have worn off...

I was dead beat when I went home, but I wasn't allowed to sleep as the clothes mum had just washed weren't hung up yet. Sigh, and I finally got a chance to wake up a bit later today!!! Rejoice!!!

Speaking of house chores, I must go and wash the dirty school shoes right now.

Extras over the week I have not blogged:
  • The book I ordered has arrived!!! I sincerely hope it is in good condition.
  • I got to read the first chapter and a half of Keeping the Moon on internet. The damned book I bought had the first 25 pages MISSING!!! I did a quick calculation and found out that those 25 pages were worth RM 3.75 all together. Darn, and I can't change it because it has been bought over a year already, and the receipt is long gone, and the worst part of all - I bought it at Borders in KL. Shit.
  • Yesterday was Friday the 13!!! I DID NOT BLOG!! CURSES!!!!!!!! Oh sister, why didn't you tell me when you knew?!

I suppose that's all for now. I'm gonna re-read all of My Hopeless Romantic's GA fanfics again, and try to finish The Truth about Forever, Keeping the Moon and Dreamland by Sarah Dessen by next week. XD

The Excerpt

Over the months since June, I've been pretty restless when Sarah Dessen's new book titled 'Along for the Ride' was published. And I waited, and waited, and waited for MPH Bookstores to finally ship in some fantabulous copies (at least in KL, so I could courier one down).

But sadly, sigh.... disappointment took over. Half a year and there's still no freaking sign of any of the book being shipped in. I hate to admit this, but MPH sucks. Just Listen is out of stock (HOW CAN IT BE?! IT'S LIKE A MUST-READ IN THE YOUNG ADULTS SECTION!!!!) and Lock and Key has only not more than six pathetic copies in the whole of Malaysia. And what's more, it was only published last year.

Gawd, and I'm not really sure if the one I ordered is a good copy... I paid an extra RM 8.50 for it, so it'd better be in good condition, or else I swear I'm making a fuss out of it in the shop when I collect it. Honest, I'm dead serious. I hate books that have lines on their spine, as well as those folded (regardless of whether it is an accident or not) covers and pages. Somehow, whenever I look at them, they'll scream 'I'M DAMAGED' at my face.

I digress.

I was checking out the plot of Lock and Key on Wikipedia (My book is trapped in the shelf, I'm still trying to find out who was the moron that got the sliding door/cover of the shelf jammed behind a damned box. Well, it's complicated, so don't bother understanding the situation) and I stumbled upon Sarah Dessen's official website (My Lock and Key book cover is different from the one they have posted on the webpage!!) and YES!!!! I GOT TO READ AN EXCERPT FROM HER LATEST BOOK!!!!!

And as usual, it was amazing. Sigh. You, dear reader, should give it a try. It's realistic fiction, so a lot of the ideas will relate to our daily experiences (mainly teenage). It's cool, I love every book Sarah Dessen writes to bits.

Anyway, I guess I shall have no choice but to wait for another few weeks until I make a trip to KL for the Comic Fiesta 2009 to get the book. I'll whine until my parents agree to take me to Kinokuniya. It's heaven over there I tell you, the best place there is (aside from home) in the world!!!

It's late, very late, or I would preferably put it, very early in the morning of 12 November, the day 2012 is released on screen. Sigh, and I'm still not sure when should watch it.

Goody-night folks! Still have to wake up early tomorrowtoday.

Sugar High

You know, dearest reader of this anonymous blog, staying up all night after drinking a bottle of 100 Plus when reading amusing, hilarious, damn funny GA fanfics and laughing like some kind of maniac at every other scene while listening to my favourite songs and cuddling my cute pillow and writing words I know I'll never even think of when I'm sober like 'cute pillow' on my blog and after reading those inspirational scenes the plot bunnies just come attacking definitely proves that I'm sugar high.

And what's more? I'm sugar high at night.

Maybe it's because of the 100 Plus drink. After all, they do contain unimaginable and horrifying amounts of sugar that spoil everyone's kidney, though not as deadly as coke. 98 percent sugar, goodness, the future is filled with diabetes.

I have yet to read the last chapter of Natsume Nullified, as I'm saving that for after I post this so I can read in peace (my mind's been nagging at me to post my thoughts on this blog). Gosh, they are just so damn funny!!!!

I don't think I'll be sleeping for the night. And if I do, it'll be at most an hour. I can imagine myself going to school greeting everyone with an irritated sleepy glare, cranky and all.

Lovely.

Anyways, going for a toilet break and it's back to reading fanfics. Gawd, I'm addicted. Again.

And I thought I got past that stage since the beginning of this year. Meh.

Sunday, November 8, 2009

Gah.

Mikan, I hate you. You made Natsume so sad........ I bet this is like, the first chapter he's shown so much emotion to a lot of people in GA.

Gah Mikan, why didn't you elope (or run away, so to speak) with him when you had the chance. Who cares about Yuka?

Okay, well, that was harsh. Yuka is quite a nice person I admit.

Gah!! Next chapter be out soon please!!!!!! I'm dying to know what happens next!!!!

Movies to Watch

Mmmm... everyone's like, pretty crazy (well, at least most of my peers) with movies lately, may it be 'This is It' by the late Michael Jackson or Jennifer's Body feat. Megan Fox and the list goes on......

Harry Potter and the Half Bloof Prince was released during July or so, and after Siok Zhao, Eli, me and co. bought the tickets, we rushed up to the seventh floor to the cinema room. On my way, I noticed a really HUGE poster for 2012 (film) and had my eyes set on it right at the moment I saw it. I dunno why, but to me, it was like another kind of 'The Day After Tomorrow', so I was REEAAALLYY looking foward to it.

And today, I realized that many more people are anticipating it as well as I am, and I found out that all this anticipation was due to some kind of scientifically back-upped statement that the world would meet its doom on the year of 2012.

If that's true (I'm not sure, have yet to check up Wikipedia), I have only three words to describe this event.

That will suck.

Actually, I think my description is an understatement. It's waayyy worse than that!! I still have so many things I want to do!! College! The legal age to get a job and earn some cash to buy my iPod and iPhone!!!!! Own an MP3!!!! Own a super nice house with a room specially for my collections ranging from manga and anime to sleek electronic devices!!! Live somewhere near Kinokuniya!!!! EARN BIG BUCKS!!! Grow old and die alone!!!!!!!

Gah, these are all the things I want to do!!!!!!! You don't expect me to accomplish those (especially the 'grow old' part) in just what? Two years? No, wait, make that one. 2009 is almost over.

Checking it up Wikipedia later. Moving on....

Everyone's obsessed with movies lately, with New Moon (sucks like some word I don't really want to say now) and 2012 coming soon... But as I browse through the pages of Wikipedia randomly, I stumbled across a film with the largest cast ensemble in cinema history - Valentine's Day.

No kidding, it's the title!!! 'Valentine's Day' is the title for the film!!!!!

The film stars, according to Wikipedia, (note that the following are the artists I only know in the film cast) Jessica Alba, Julia Roberts, Jaime Foxx, Anne Hathaway, Emma Roberts, and the next two will make you Taylor/Taylor fans (SINGER and ACTOR gossip news!!) swoon, Taylor Swift and Taylor Lautner!!! LE GASP!!! And they are dating in the real life!!!!

Okay, I know that to some of you people out there it's no big deal but for some one who likes Taylor Swift and just found out that her favourite artist's boyfriend is Taylor Lautner, an actor from the Twilight movie series that she dislikes (yes, I dislike the Twilight movies, but not Taylor Lautner, got a problem?) TODAY, it is quite shocking news...

I'm betting five bucks (FYI, Ringgit Malaysia) that those two will be a couple in the movie.

Plus, the film poster on Wikipedia looks really interesting. I'm definitely and absolutely looking foward to catch this movie.

AND GUESS WHAT FOLKS? THIS MOVIE WILL BE RELEASED AROUND VALENTINE'S DAY!!!! WHICH IS SOMEWHERE NEAR MY BIRTHDAY!!!! YAY!!!!!! The real release date in the US is 12 February 2010, but it varies from countries to countries. I'm not really sure what the release date in Malaysia is, but one thing's for sure, I'm defintiely gonna catch this movie!!!

My birthday falls on a Saturday next year, so I think I'll catch this on a Friday or a Monday. Mmm...

You know, this is my first time planning all the stuff about an outing with so much detail to watch a movie that will be released next year, wow. And no, I have never even done this for Harry Potter, only like, maybe a month or two before...

(Away, and back in a few minutes)

OMIGOSH!! I'VE JUST FOUND OUT THAT MY BIRTHDAY FALLS IN CHINESE NEW YEAR'S EVE!!! (And I hit sweet sixteen. Gah, so cliched.)

Wow, Febraury 2010 is gonna be a damn busy month.

As if Form Four life isn't as busy as it is already..... Hah! Come foward my Form Four year!!! I am mentally prepared!!!!!! Not.

Extra GA Chapter 122 info!!!

I'VE SEEN IT! I'VE SEEN IT WITH MY VERY OWN EYES!!! AND OMIGOSH, MY INTUITION WAS CORRECT!!!

The front-page character of GA volume 20 will the the High School Principal, YES!!! BWAHAHA!!! I can't wait until our local publishers have them on stores...

Anyways, as I was checking my favourite links section for some unknown reason, I happened to stumble across yukaalice's blog link, and it occured to me that she was one of the people that would get the translations firsthand. And yesh! She posted them on her blog!! As well as the raw scans!!!! I LOVE YOU YUKAALICE!!!

But her blog is in chinese, so those of you who are interested after reading this..... well... I don't know. But the scans are in Japanese (as I said, raw scans) so I can't as much as understand a heck of a word. But never mind, as long as I get to see them with my very own eyes.... heeheehee....

Few minutes later...

OMFG!!!! NATSUME'S EXPRESSION IS SO SAD!!! And being the usual me, I gain satisfaction from it. (insert evil laugh)

After finishing looking through the scans....

Hmm, nothing really as heartbreaking as Natsume's expression after that. Only a bunch of Japanese kanji verses I don't understand and Iagarashi Kaoru's death. But at the moment of dawn, I somehow can't really make out the faces of those who were shocked shown on the page. Hmmm... they all look the same.

Gah well, never mind. Next chapter comes out on the 20th of November!!!!!!!! The last day of school AKA the start of the holidays!!!!!!!!!! YESH!!!!! I look foward to it!!!!!!!!!!

Spoilers of GA chapter 122 from Sorasan

Yes people, I've just went to Sorasan's Livejournal and le gasp!!! The spoilers for GA chapter 122 are out!!

NATSUME~~~ I AGREE WITH YOU SORASAN!!!! I WANT TO SEE HIM SHED SOME TEARS TOO!!!

Anyways, now that the suspense for the latest GA chapter has dropped slightly, I'm waiting for sky-fire to post the latest chapter of GA, there isn't a high chance of Mangafox posting the chapter earlier than the chinese scanlators do anyway... So, meh.

School today was unexpectedly okay... The Canting Batik activity turned out to be quite enjoyable, much to my surprise. Our group (Chia Yin, Mathura, Yasreen and me) managed to pull off quite some nice colours at the end, and we were quite smug about it. XD

Of course, not forgetting the people who helped to draw and sketch the whole design too!! Huge thanks to Siok Zhao and Eli for helping out!!! And Mathura and Li Yan for giving us moral support and lightening up the moody atmosphere that was present at the beginning. You guys are the best. :)

Chia Yin's bunking school tomorrow, but I don't think I will, even if I really want to. I still have to give Pn. Yeoh my report (THE PRINTER DIED ON ME!! GOD!!!!) and go to MPH after that to check on the updates on the status on a book I ordered. Pray that it'll be here ASAP!! I need it urgently!!!!

Oh yeah, Natalie told me that I would be playing in tomorrow's Pesta Permainan........

......................

WHAT?! I CAN'T PLAY!! I DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO KICK THE BALL ACCURATELY INTO THE GOAL POSTS (knowing me, I'd probably send the ball flying into my opponents goal post and help them gain one point)!!! NEITHER DO I KNOW HOW TO SWING THE SOFTBALL BAT AT THE RIGHT MOMENT WHEN THE BALL COMES!!!

Geez... But never mind, I'll just have to make do with them I guess. (FOR THE SAKE OF MY TRIP TO MPH!!!! Unless the person-in-charge manages to call me miraculously at this very moment to tell me what'll happen next.)

Off to type my report!!! I'll probably save it in a thumbdrive for Pn Yeoh, unless my printer will somehow (again) perform miracles and roar back to life.

Rawr.

Don't Take Me for Granted

Important note: The following post contains offensive material and lots of swear words so if you're one unable to even look at those words you deem as 'ditry', I suggest that you switch to another page. Thank you for your cooperation, you've been warned.

Oh, and due to the length of this post as well as the time it has been posted, the grammar and spelling might have a bit of typos here and there.

Post start:

Don't take me for granted.

Seriously. I hate it when people do that. It's like you think of me as a piece of useless, crappy shit that is only useful when you need some of my 'shitty' qualities.

I repeat, don't take me for granted.

I'm not fucking born into this world just for your needs, or as you would quote it, my 'responsibilities'. I thank you very much for teaching me what my responsibilities are, but sadly, as time passes, I will gradually develop a mind of my own and thus, deciding what my own responsibilities are. I would appreciate it if you won't damn and list down what you think my responsibilities are. I can decide on my own, thanks.

For one, my resposibilities do NOT include doing the fucking brat's homework late in the night sacrificing my own sleep time.

And I'm not some kind of house chore slave to you where you don't even appreciate my efforts to please you and try to cope with the pressurizing possibilities that you might blow up and the whole family would be unhappy again just because you get pissed. I hope you know that you are very influential and thus, don't use that (even if it's unconscioiusly) to your advantage.

But even if I try to hard not to talk back, you still give out the feeling that doing house chores are necessary. I know it is, and I don't deny that it is one of my resposibilities as a member of this house but please, for fuck's sake just please do not tell me I DO NOT help around the house and that I just use the computer and go online all day long.

For your sweet information, I do not do that. If I did, I wouldn't be in there, trying to control my temper while trying to help the fucking idiot to do his homework. If I didn't care about anything, I would have been asleep and not hear what bad thoughts you had to say about me.

I know very well that I'm whining right now, but oh please, just because I'm the one that's done with PMR, it doesn't mean that I'll agree to be your personal slave that you can lash out no matter how unhappy you are.

God, you should learn to control that ugly and horrible mouth and temper of yours. Even when you didn't let me skip school, even if I was very and utterly upset, I did not give you a sour face and the evil glare to show my dissatisfaction. Instead, I'm proud to say that I shrugged it off and like always, consoled myself that there will be a next time for me to ask, and if not, I should not mind that I don't get to skip school.

Everyone around you (except for the freaking brat) is trying to adjust their activities, temper, time and whatever shit that are important to us just to try to make you and the fucking brat really happy so we won't have to go through another hell of a quarrel, so I hope that with that immensely dense brain of yours you get to realize how much we hope to at least get some rest and have a bit of freedom to do some of the stuff that we like without actually having to force ourselves to do your fucking bidding. And when you do realize it, I hope you will change for the better and stop making it so difficult for us.

Don't take me, as well as the others for granted. I swear, if you make me feel this way again, I will personally let you feel my wrath and even if you do start war against me when I do so, I will survive and no matter what it takes I will let you know that what you do is affecting us, me, at least.

Online 24/7 my ass. Fuck that bullshit, who was the one that tried to help you with the chores and push her playtime until night time up to like, midnight almost everyday? I'm know that this time slot is optional, and I can choose to just sleep instead of surfing the net, but sorry, I need the computer to regain my sanity, or you won't see me the way as I am in school now.

And I know that tiredness during daytime is what I have brought upon myself, but seriously, what is wrong with just not helping out for one fucking night and sleeping since half-past eight?! Don't I get my right to sleep?! Plus, you hang the clothes you have washed at like, what?! Ten or eleven at night?! I sincerely appreciate your efforts to help us wash our clothes that we need to wear but seriously, the time slot you chose is when people want to sleep. For me, sleep is something very important and everyone has the right to choose their own sleeping time. It might not be important to you but for everyone else who has had a busy day, they just want some rest.

I know you might have had a busy day too with all your work but not all people are the same. You're a workaholic (which explains your demanding nature) but we're not. And everyone's opinion differs, so I'm not forcing your reader of this post to agree with whatever crap I say, I'm just ranting out my feelings.

But honestly, what is wrong with sleeping?! If you're so pissed at my not helping you, you could just beat the shit out of me and wake me up until an earthquake arouses and pull me out of bed to help you. You want me to help then don't give those lame shit about what 'you think the others will let me disturb your sleep meh?' or whatever shit they say. You want me to help, you say it to my face and not try to become some kind of lonely hero of the day and mope around saying 'you didn't help me, how could you?! This is your responsibility now that the maid's not around and....' and whatever crap you have in mind.

I know you might say, 'oh, it's because I love you so I let you sleep' and all that pretending to a hero speech. Oh please, don't. ever. say. that. You wanna let me sleep, you shut up and don't ever utter a word about me not helping you. You let me sleep with your own consent and acknowledgement, so stop being so pissy and contradicting. not that you can't be contradicting (I'm like that too most of the time) but for some other stuff, it's just clear and simple. It's just very simple, either you let me sleep and shut up or you drag me out of bed and tell me to help you.

A few weeks ago, around the time PMR has ended and the chores have started...

'If you wanted my help you could've just pulled me out of bed,'
'Aiyah, you think they bear to let me pull you out of bed meh? I love you what, so let you sleep lorh...'

Okay.. fine, point taken. Now let's look at this morning's scenario.

'Hah! Never help with the house chores then go to sleep so early?! Eh, you finish PMR already eh, you have more free time so you should help wan okay? And then you go sleep some more, haiyo, you no need to help with the house chores wan ar? There are so many more friends of yours out there who even have to help to do more stuff than you, and you go and sleep?!"

and bla bla bla.

What the fuck.

Okay, I acknowledge the fact that there are people who do have to help with lots more stuff but oi, if you tak puas hati, you can just tell it straight to my face that you don't want me to sleep until you're done with all the chores.

I know it's my fault that I didn't help you, but seriously, can't someone just rest for a while?!

After all that, you reader must think that I'm a very petty person who rambles only about her rights. Sorry, I just needed to vent.

I'm hurt that you wouldn't even say a 'thank you' to those who have helped you. Okay, you do sometimes, but that will have to depend on your mood regardless to say. Oh, and when you're angry, you yell and squawk like a parrot like there's no tomorrow at anyone that doesn't do what you want. God, will you just stop those immature acts of yours?! The world does not revolve around you, and I think that you are really fortunate that we are trying our best to tolerate and cooperate with you. I just hope that one day you will appreciate whatever we do for you to try and make your life easier. (Well, maybe you do, but god, you don't have to yell at us for every small mistake we make.)

I swear for the second time in this post, if you take us for granted one more time (regardless of whether it's PMS or whatever bullshit lame excuse there is for you) I will make it my personal mission to give you hell. I'm sick of you always unable to hold your temper back. I know you do at most times now, but seriously, besides the fucking brat, you're emotionally instilling fear into every one of us. And I repeat I'm getting sick of it.

And FYI, stop complaining about how to world sucks for you. The probable cause for your so-called sucky world is yourself, and I hope that if it is, you reflect inside yourself and see what mistake have yuo done to cause all your 'mishaps'.

BTW, the world sucks for everyone, not just you alone.

I'm really hurt for what you did to me just now. I know I might not be as tired as you are, but seriously, asking me to do the brat's homework into late night?! And asking me to write down the answers and let him copy?!

Oh Kami-sama, I ask this of you, did we ever ever have this kind of privilege when we were at his age? No? Exactly. No matter what the problem was, we tried to solve it ourselves, and no matter how much we didn't want to go to school just because we didn't finish our homework in time, we still had to do so. The most we got was our family's moral support and the lecture about bad time management.

And just now, I didn't even see it happening to the brat. Instead, he received a nice hug and a few consoling words after showing his verge of crying state and went into sleep dead mode while we, the ones at the sidelines, got it.

I know that I told you guys to go get some rest (I know it's my responsibility), but seriously, shouldn't you like just let him face his own problems? Or at least tell me to get some rest too?! Isn't that basic courtesy?! Or have you now taken up the 'you volunteer arr? Okay lorh, everything throw for you to do' attitutde as well?!

Fuck, I've received this kind of attitude a lot from school so please drop that attitude if you're infected with one.

Hell, this is just shit.

I'm just really hurt that you wouldn't really care about our feelings, and that you act as if helping him to do his homework and much more other stuff is a necessary to keep the family harmony going.

Fuck that. Even if you were still very sleepy right then, you really shouldn't have done that. Everyone else is just as equally tired as you are, and don't give me that 'oi I do the housework for all of you and no matter how reluctant I am to do so I still do, so that makes me more tired than everyone of you all' shit. Duh. Everyone else has their own problems to face and cope with, so don't just assume that you're the most 'kelian' person. To me, right now, even if you deny it, you're unconsciously seeking for attention.

Well, I don't blame you. Who doesn't? Even me, right now, writing this, I am maybe also seeking for attention.. It's all nature, but I just can't stand the way you hint at people to say that whatever you do you did it reluctantly.

Suck it up will you?

If you want me to be straightfoward, I can just tell you how reluctant we are to constantly allow you your space while we have to sometimes throw all our rights to voice anything out of the freaking window.

'I'm doing it all for you all!!! You all don't appreciate my efforts to let you all live so comfortably meh?!'

We do, just that you sometimes overdo it. Do you ever appreciate ours?

Gah, this whole thing is just so... gah. I'm just really disappointed at that attitude you displayed earlier on. Even though I sometimes would have different opinions to yours, but I still respected you. Right now, I can say that it decreased a lot. Why am Isurprised that sis doesn't even really bother anymore?

So, all in all, do not take me and the others for granted. Instead, I just hope that you appreciate what has been done for you and not let it waste, because when everyone starts to not both about it and leave, you'll be alone. And at that time, it's no use regretting and wishing you had a second chance.

Post-PMR Celebrations

Hmm, funny enough, everyone has had their celebrations like, the moment right after PMR ended, whereas mine was only held today.

God, after two/three weeks only did I make a trip to CS... How far behind am I?

Ahem, as I was saying anyways, I was supposed to go to catch a movie with Mathura, but sadly, said girl isn't feeling quite well now (hope you get well soon) and after a turn of events, I went to CS with Ah Siok.

Two words to describe the whole outing with Ah Siok: fun and hilarious.

First, we took a lift from Li Yan's mum, and we rushed to the cinema to buy the tickets for Law Abiding Citizens. Unfortunately, due to time constraints we only managed to get the White Out tickets, and we had to smuggle our unfinished-slash-uneaten french fries plus coke into the cinema.

The suspense was (omigosh) KILLING us!!! At the middle where the female protagonist was supposed to find out the real murderer both of us were like cowering at our seats (I hid my face behind my jacket, and after that shamelessly excused myself to go to the toilet), making scared noises to each other. I think of all the people in the cinema, we were the only ones to make lots of noise. Oops...

Anyways, after the movie, it was like a huge relief. The suspense was finally over, and (spoilers) the stupid doctor went and commit suicide out in the cold, freezing storm in Antartica. Gosh, I mean, how idiotic can he be?! Okay, maybe I'm frustrated because I expected something more than the anticlimax they showed us.

Sigh...

Coming back to what I was saying, after the movie, we went to Popular and MPH to search for some books. Sigh, it's pathetic really, why don't MPH and Popular bookstores have Sarah Dessen's Just Listen?! I mean, that book is a MUST for all book-lovers (won't say bookworms, as the term is slightly inappropriate) to read! Gosh, and they have to go through all those merchandising procedures that takes two to three weeks in order for the book to arrive. (Shakes head) they should seriously always update their stock of books (even if it's only one pathetic copy) in order to make it convenient for both parties.

But I digress.

Later, we went to Baskin Robins' and ate ice-cream after running errands for Mathura, Li Yan and Yolander. Evil Siok Zhao resisted my offer of Baskin Robins'!!! LE GASP!!! But truthfully, one scoop for seven bucks is really expensive. I will keep in mind not to spend that much the next time I go out.

Remember what I said in one of my previous posts? Being penniless sucks. Yes peopel, today, this very day, I have once again experienced this feeling while entering the Apple shop. AN iPod shuffle that only contains 2GB for Rm229... Goodness. That's take two and a quarter of my monthly allowance without spending them to buy that!! And it's only 2GB...

But on the bright side, there was a decrease in the price of the Apple earphones. The last time I asked a pair costed about 144 ringgit... ANd now it's 129 bucks.

But still very expensive. I got the brochure from the salesguy just to look at the tasty Apple products when I'm craving for them... I know, I'm materiaistic, but I really love Apple stuff. XD

Dead beat right now. I'll edit this and add more stuff tomorrow. For now, it's off to hell to teach mah bro his homework. God, ten years old and he still needs coaching on his studies. When I was his age, I studied alone and managed to get pretty good grades!

And to think that I have to listen to every word mum says and tolerate her pointless lecturesslashramblesabouthowhardworkingsheusedtobe(perasannyaorangni)aswellashersocalledacheivementswhenshewasmyage even if it's after PMR. You'd think I get to at least stay at home and sleep in for the day but no, I have to go to school unlike other fortunate students and go through all the stuff that the school organises for us.

Now that's just shit.

I'm not trying to indicate that I'm rebellious, but sometimes I just feel that she should try to appreciate my efforts to not quarrel with her over these matters, like the house chores for example. I'm trying my best to do them all but she keeps on hinting at me that it's not enough.

What the hell.

Anyways, enough of my pointless rants. Censor all that. Goodnight.

GA Vol. 20

It's coming out in Japan on the 11th of November....

I was exploring the Hana to Yume site when I came across this... Hmm, it felt weird seeing all those kanji's on the monitor but ah well, I feel really proud of myself for stumbling across updates like these even when I can't understand most parts of the kanji verses.

(smug)

Anyways, I wonder who will be on the cover this time... The High School Principal probably... Idk, it's still in printing... Hmm...

November

You know, the sound of Nowember somehow radiates this feeling of melancholy and sombre-ness, for some unknown reason.

It's like the season of fall, where everything slows down, dies, and disappears into nothingness. It somehow feels like a season of change, where the leaves detach themselves from their source of support, withering away helplessly as they fall to the ground, unable to defy the law of gravity.

Sometimes, it looks like the trees are growing old, age-ing, dying, shedding their last golden tears made of withered leaves.

And then winter comes along.... Engulfing everything with her pure, silver-white snowflakes that seem to be able to capture the real beauty of Mother Nature, covering all life with coldness, the breeze whispering in hushed tones and humming gentle lullabies to them as they embark on a journey to Dreamland. Life then starts to stop, and the stage is once again quiet, like a death scene right after the gunshot is fired.

But as time passes, like a phoenix reborn from the ashes, life starts again, slowly, one step at a time. Her seasons come and go as they please, and the vast sky is never the same everyday, changing constantly depending on Mother Nature's unpredictable moods.

Beneath all that negativity, there is hope.

Halloween

TRICK OR TREAT?!

Yes, that would be the sentence-slash-question kids around the block would be asking, their eyes twinkling with anticipaton and excitement while they bang their fists on your door. But it's becoming seemingly impossible as the rain around my neighbourhood continues to pour and spoil the mood of Halloween.

But it does make the occasion a little creepy, so it's not at all that bad.

Wait, why am I typing this? It's not like Malaysia celebrates Halloween anyway. Ask youself this, do you see jack-o-lanterns popping out anywhere, scaring the shit out of you? The only places that probably celebrate this special festival would be those psycho pubs that only care about attracting naive, innocent youngsters to make big bucks.

Very smart, har har.

Anyways, can't be online for long since lightning is just around the corner. I wouldn't want my modem to be toasted and be a cripple for the rest of its life.

Finally started drawing the poster colour drawing I've always dreamt about drawing and colouring today. Gundam Seed Destiny, Meer Campbell and Lacus Clyne, it's a really nice, contrasting picture I got from the illustration fanbook. Light vs dark, real vs fake; just like life.

Oh well, I might as well finish up the HitsuKarin fanart I've doodled yesterday night, and when I'm done with that, I think I'll start writing some HitsuKarin fics to relieve myself from boredom.

Until next time.

Unexpected

Strangely, I received help from the people I unexpected most to help me when I'm in a dilemma, compared to the people who I most expected to help me.

Not saying that they're evil or anything, but I just feel a bit disappointed. No offence meant.

I sincerely thank Mathura, Hui Wen, Ee Aun, Shi Li, Tharisini and Siok Zhao (even though you went to KL in the middle of the preparations, but you still helped me a lot) for once again reminding me that you don't need a reason to help someone, and that help comes from the very bottom of your heart naturally without expecting anything back.

Thank you, for helping me with the worst times and co-operating with me and withstanding with my temper when I was a nervous wreck and acted like a bitch that deserved to be slapped in the face. I'm sorry that I only could repay you guys the favour by only sharing the bread I brought for the play.

We tried our very best, didn't we? For me, that's all that matters.

Nostalgia II

I've seen quite a number of people I knew back in primary school then. And whenever I see their faces, it makes me feel nostalgic. They didn't seem to change much, except for the external features like hairstyles and stuff.

Sometimes, I just wished I could go back in time.

But then, life now is pretty great for me, so I shouldn't really say too much. :)

I forgot my password to my computer just now, and I panicked for quite some time. But in the end, when I wasn't thinking about the answer to the password anymore, it just came back to me like magic. Stuff like that do happen sometimes, don't they?

Changing my password now. And I swear I'll remember it this time.

Epic freak out

I got the shock of my life when my dog ran out of the house, twice.

I experienced an epic freakout when Dhivya (no offence if I spelled her name wrongly) ended her speech so fast. Wait, I was already experiencing it when I noticed the previous speakers' speeches being so short. The freak out just come to the peak when it was my turn to give my crappy, shitty POV (point of view) on why women are better teachers than men.

And I sucked, sucked, sucked and sucked and sucked and sucked like shit.

To be honest though, I actually really wanted to be on the negative side. Point, you CANNOT stereotype people like that and be prejucidal. Seriously... But as seeing that the negative side was full, I decided to join the government house.

No offence people, but all the points our house was talking about were all alike, almost the same. Dedicated, convincing, caring, gentle.... I'm not denying that there's a fine, thin line between those traits but actually, the examples that we can sum up are pretty much all the same.

Okay, I know, you guys out there can think of much more examples than me. I'm a pea brain, a person with no sense of creativity at all, so excuse me...

No offence meant. That sounded mean, but I just strongly believe that prejudicing and stereotyping people like that is wrong, you don't give them a chance to express themselves, thus limiting them and yeah... whatever. I know you guys don't give a shit about what I'm babbling (like an idiot) about here anyway.

Sigh, I'm pissed. I don't know why.

I'm aware (I seem to have used a lot of "I know that I'm ...' verses in this blog, so I'll change) that I shouldn't really bring the topic of the debate back here into my blog since it's already over, but I just feel that I needed to tell you guys who witnessed and those who were in the debate today. The opposition house had said that women are beauty conscious and always wear pretty clothes and always wear skirts while coming to school. And you guys mentioned that the female teachers don't wear trackpants and sneakers and normal T-shirts to school.

Well excuse me for being blind and seeing the teachers in our school wearing trackpants and T-shirts during Sukantara. Sports Day doesn't count because it's not in school, I know.

And FYI, it is a government rule that all female teachers are required to wear skirts to school. I used to wonder why don't they wear pants to school too but then I found out from a teacher that being a female teacher, you can't wear trousers to school, only skirts.

I wanted to POI them on this point but as seeing it was denied, meh.

No offence was meant to any of you reading this, I just felt that I needed to get this off my chest or else I'll experience insomnia. Sorry, I don't have a copy of those National Day speeches played on LCD's in school to help me sleep at night. Beethoven and Mozart don't help so yeah...

Anyways, enough of the debate thingy. It's over anyway, I just want to congratulate Li Yan and Tang for being the best speakers in each round!!! Three cheers to you guys!!!! You guys deserved it!!! Hip hip, hooray!!

Moving on, I received the shock of my life when our Rottweiler (sp?) escaped from our house twice. Yes people, twice in a freaking day, wOw.

I told Zhi Wen about all the details just now on the phone, so I'm too lazy to repeat myself. I'll probably come back to edit this post and add on the details or write another post about this some other day. But right now, I just couldn't really care less.

Signing off now, a really good job to all the speakers who went on stage today!! You guys were like, wow! Excluding me of course, like I said, I sucked like shit. And I don't really want to have a recap about today's incident.

But I did gain a whole lot of useful experience and learnt lots of lessons (aliteration!!! XD) today. Thanks a lot for providing me this oppurtunity.

Cheerio!!!

Envy

Yesh, remember the seven deadly sins? Envy, gluttony, lust, greed, wrath, sloth and pride?

I'm feeling envious now, in a good way or bad whichever.

Why is it that JB doesn't offer any Photoshop courses on lineart and CG tutorials? Okay, maybe they do, but it's just not really publicized to society.

I know DeviantArt has a few tutorials that can help, but somehow, I can't friggin understand a word they're saying. At times like these, it is much more useful to learn practically rather than just in theory.

I'm not making sense, whatever. Don't give a shit. (I'm pissed because I'm not a morning person.)

On a brighter note, I've just visited the Comic Fiesta website and found out that the Comic Fiesta 2009 is to be held on the 19th and 20th of December in Sunway Pyramid.

I.WANT.TO.GO.

Seriously, I've always anticipated this event ever since it came out on papers two years ago (as well as the rare and invaluable trips to Kinokuniya). I hope sis's SPM would be over by then. And I hope that mum and dad would agree to take me there.

Wait, if they can't, I don't mind going alone. All they have to do is just book me a bus ticket and a cheap hotel room for me to overnight and give me some money (enough to buy all the goods and merchandise, of course, and probably enough to make a trip to Kinokuniya). I just really want to go.......................... I had missed last year's event and I DON'T WANT to miss this year's.

But anyways, coming back to the main topic... if you guys are interested in the Comic Fiesta, I recommend that you go and enjoy the event. It's really fun and there are lots of doujinshi's, and you can easily get a commission for just five bucks or ten, at most.

I'll beg even if I have to in order to go. I don't care, I'm a whiney brat, I'll beg and pester them until they let me go.

I thank my lucky stars and the gods above

for giving me a distinction in the New South Wales English Exam. I am honoured.

Can you believe it? This is my first time getting a distinction!!! I'm so happy!!! And yes, I am that dumb to only get a distinction in... four years of taking the exam. But ah well, I can't really care less. I'm just really happy right now. :3

On the other hand, cousin Sze Jia's birthday is just a few hours away. I hereby wish her a really Happy Birthday and hope that she'll celebrate it well in good ol' Aussie...

Anyways, no time to lose now. I still have tons of KyoHaru fics yet to be read. Toodles people!!!

The Angst of being Poor

I finally have my hands on the latest movies of DC and Bleach. Also, I've managed to buy Ouran (again) after resisting its temptations for.......

Two days.

Yeah, I'm hopeless.

Sigh, but, yesterday has made me once again realize how sad being penniless can be. Wait, I think 'broke' might be a much suitable word. Mmmm...

I couldn't buy the fourth movie of Keroro (though my brother managed to get it though it's not original -.-) and I resisted the urge to buy the Suzumiya Haruhi manga series as well as Clannad and its sequel (sob, the package was quite good ya know: two series together with its OVA's and an Original Soundtrack as well as a figurine -although it was some unknown Dragonball Z guy- for only 49.90).

Excuse me for a moment because the following sentence will contain broken English verses (to put it poshly, colloquial English) the ah lian's in Malaysia and Singapore have been using (not that I don't use those "lah's" and "got meh's" and the "really ah's", but I just refrain from using it often when I'm writing. Wait, it's already bad enough that we're using it!!!! Gah!!).

DAMN CHEAP WEI. (Refer to the previous second paragraph if you're sidetracked, though I hope you're not.... If you are, I'll just tell you that you have an attention span of only TWO to THREE minutes. (how sad,too bad...)

I think these Singlish and Manglish (Malaysian English) phrases are starting to get to me... Oh dear. (Mental note to self: MUST BLEACH MY BRAIN AND READ MORE CLASSICS.)

But anyways, I shall count my blessings... At least I managed to get a really worthwhile DC movie that costed only... 16 bucks (crosses out 'only' after checking the price on the movie box). But it came along with an Original Soundtrack so yeah, it's good.

I won't dwell on blogging any longer right now, for that I have 25 more episodes of Ouran to rewatch and fall in love with Ootori Kyoya again (sigh, you have to admit, he's so cool!!! -Joins the KFC!!!!!- No! Not Kentucky Fried Chicken!!! It's 'Kyoya's Fan Club'!!!!).

Until next time, toodles!!

Back On the Job

Yes people, it's my computer!! It's back on the job!!!! Hahahaha!!!! After all that moving and heaving to rescue it from the evil clutches of the store room, it is finally here!!! All connected and ready for 24/7 daily usage!!!

Oh em gee, I can't believe it... My computer is actually back! X3

But the hard part was with the wireless connection... As seeing that the brat got the modem, I had to settle down for the wireless so, the line right now sucks like shit. First I slotted in the wrong disc (which dad corrected me, thank you), then the line was so goddamned crappy that I had to wait for like, twenty minutes for it to be stable.

Bad wireless!!! BAD!!!!!!!!!!!

Ahem, ignore me. But anyways, I'm just really glad to have my computer back!!!!!!!!!! YESH!! Rejoice!!!!

Thanks a lot.

Okay, aside from my emo yet advising post which comes really in handy on the streets, I just wanted to add something.

Thanks a lot for selecting me into that mini-debate competition without even tellling me! You just gave me the worstbest news of my life!

I should have just written down their names for the stupid batik thingy without even asking them, as seeing that they did the same to me. Pooh....

Sorry for the sarcastic post, I'm just not having a really great day today... But just keep in mind about what you read in my previous post, it really helps.

Don't Stop Walking

When you see a car stopping almost like half a metre away from you or so, don't stop walking, just add on to the speed your legs can give you and look straight ahead.

Trust me, if you stop, the result is horrendous.

It has been a cold day today, so it doesn't hurt to be heartless. Sometimes, heartlessness saves you more than kindness itself does.
