A Shower in the Rain
The rain may be over, but the real storm has yet to come, I must say.
If you are just a passer-by snooping around for the latest gossip or whatever, I recommend that you just skip this post and move on because this may contain some sensitive/offensive content.
As everyone knows, life sucks, really. I mentioned in my last post that life will always have its ups and downs, but I can't help and once again, agree. I don't understand why I am saying this, but I feel that it is pointless to struggle and in the end, fall back into nothingness.
It's really tiring, trying to prove yourself worthy and yet gain nothing in the end. Yes, you may say something like 'Well, at least I tried' or 'At least there were happy memories' for consolation but I don't think sacrificing your precious time and effort for something far beyond your grasp is worth it.
I will feel used if I really don't gain anything in the end after putting so much effort for the team, minus the experience of course.
I'm not complaining or anything (maybe I am), but this thing is taking up much of my free time (something I value most) and I just don't want to end up with disappointment. Yeah, I'm a whimp, whatever. It really pains to feel left out, unwanted or disliked, especially if you have to work together to accomplish some sort of acheivement. I'm sure everyone (well, most of you all) feels like this sometimes.
I just wish fairness and justice would just be a bit more responsible when working its 'magic', don't you think?
In short, I'm just another idiot who is afraid to face life.
Suddenly, I feel that I hate connections and thatI'll-only-tell-my-friends attitude. Assumptions aren't everything, so I hope everyone, yes, everyone, including myself, doesn't go around assuming about something.
You may feel that that's what I'm doing now but I can assure you that I did not have that in mind while I was typing away pouring my soul into this very post.
But the thing is kinda obvious, isn't it? Why can't they just tell us instead of keeping secrets and having stupid gossip or bitch-slapping sessions behind our backs while they'll just put up innocent faces when they turn around?
Maybe I'm too nosey or anything but seriously, we're a so-called team, and teammates don't keep secrets from each other, including friends. Yes, I know I'm EXTREMELY mean, but from what I see, that's the way we are. We talk behind people's backs, we only favour the best, we suck up to the ones, we do everything.
I'm just really sad that we aren't a team like how other schools are. Even though on the surface we seem to be, and it looks really glamourous to be one, it really isn't. Instead, it just adds on to the pressure or burden we carry along in high school.
Social ladders, status quo, all that fucking bullshit, man, life really sucks.

Convent Sports Day 50th Anniversary.
CMRC pwns. XD
Even though Teresa didn't win much, but it'll forever and always be number one in my heart. I HEART TERESA!!! XDXDXDXDXDXDXD
I know, a lil' perasan, but at times like these when we don't win, we just have to console ourselves that winning isn't important, and that the most valuable thing we learnt or experienced was fun, joy, teamwork and learning to cheer and always be there for each other. (C'mon, the big emotional aww!!!! 1, 2, 3; AWWW!!! XD)
Needless to say, there will always be the ups and downs for everyone for that everyone has their own weaknesses, but we'll just try our best to overcome these weaknesses and win. :)
But, sometimes, life just isn't fair when you have a few more people standing at your opponents' sides and thus them gaining the upper hand. Nevertheless, we'll defeat those people someday!!!!! WE'LL SHOW THEM TRUE STRENGTH AND WE WILL EMERGE VICTORIOUS!!!! BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!
Gah, my head hurts. I couldn't sleep well yester-night/early early in the morning today. Only had like about, three hours of sleep and all that shouting during the marching competiton and standing under the hot sun doing my QM duty doesn't really help. At all.
CMRC won (alongside with St. John Ambulance) in the acara Pembarisan Unit Beruniform. I'M SO HAPPY!!!!!!!!!! XDXDXDXD!!! AIS KACANG!!!!!! HAHAHAHA!! Congrats to the whole team and especially the seniors for sticking together for so long! XD
I can't say I'm satisfied with the results Teresa got this year, but it was still a nice experience.I hope we can WE CAN DEFINITELY buck up next year!!!! GO TERESA'S!!! OH YEAH BABY!!!!
Sleeping now. Goody after-night.

Chin Gay Duty
Had Chin Gay (sp?) duty yesterday night, and well, you'll expect the usual stuff I guess. But thank god we got to go back at ten sharp as the St. John's did theirs right up to late night. Hehehehehe...
Okay, that was mean. No offence meant.
The place was uber crowded, and the volunteers that walked behind the 'flower truck' along with us were like yelling 'WALK FASTER YOU GUYS DAMN IT' at us. Like duh, say that to the front people, not us. We're just there to help any casualties we see by the streets (if there are any, that is).
But anyways, it was still a good experience. At least now I know how Chin Gay looks like. (Jakon)
Today's Febraury 16, a happy birthday to Chua! And I hope Cousin Sze Jia is doing fine in Aussie. Wish you all the best!!!!

Bon Voyage
Bon Voyage to my most beloved and adorable cousin Sze Jia. I'm sorry I couldn't send you off in Changi Airport yesterday. I hope you'll like good ol' Aussie.
And don't worry about learning to talk to sheep and cows, I'm sure they'll come in handy in your Communications course. XD
A week away from sports day, sigh........

Friday 13
Happy birthday to me,
I hate what I see;
there's plenty homework,
and the worksheets aren't free.
lol.
Today, is my first day as an amatuer first aider that went for acara padang duties (jakon); the first time in my life I've ever had a friday 13 birthday for as long as I can remember and yadda yadda yadda.
The coldspray medication was the most 'laku' one for the whole of the acara padang. I just thank gawd it finished by four. A huge congrats to Jenny for emerging as the best high jumper. :)
No cake this year. I finally learnt my lesson that buying a cake would just result in wastage of delicious cake since no one really remembers about the cake the next two days. (bluek)
A very special thanks to Chia Yin, Siok Zhao, Eli, Sabreena, Ju Lin, Wai Mun and Zhi Wen for giving me cards, those who wished me Happy Birthday and 3C for singing me the b-day song. Thanks y'all.
As for my present... (drumrolls..........)

Back to square one II
And here comes the day where we return to our busy, homework-loaded daily lives........ In short, it's the last day of the CNY holidays.
I miss the feeling where we can just stone in our armchairs and do nothing at all.
T.T
And I lost my Maths exercise sheets..... I hereby label myself as a goner. Sigh.......
